We bring together the wide range of skills, care, and resources necessary to produce beautiful, accurate, and quality restorations of classic aircraft. From engine overhaul to airframe work (including fabric, wood, and sheet metal), from parts manufacturing to a large inventory of surplus hardware from WWII and the Korean War, Yesteryear seamlessly brings all aspects of restoration together under one roof.
Our Stearman wing parts are produced from the original Boeing drawings, using Stika spruce wood, Mahogany plywood and nails - just like original Stearman construction. If you are looking for certified small bearings for the Stearman flight controls -- we've got those and many other parts too. We also restore wings for the Travel Air 4000.
We have new North American FAA-PMA wing and center section stringers for your AT-6, SNJ, or Harvard. We also have recently added many new PMA parts for Stearman.
We have an ever-growing circle of loyal customers all over the country who insist on having their radial engine overhauled at Yesteryear Aviation. Check out our engine overhaul photo gallery by clicking the “Engine Overhaul” under the Services tab.
Our inventory started with three hundred and fifty drums of surplus aircraft hardware from WWII and the Korean War. The inventory now includes a wide variety of bolts, clamps, Dzus fasteners, nut plates, plumbing fittings, bearings, primer fittings, prop bolts plus many “out of production” items. We are not able to include the entire inventory on our website. If you are in need of a specific part that is not listed, please call.
